The Conscience Laws and Healthcare Conference
was held on Saturday 25th July 2009. The event
was organised by the group- Doctors in
Conscience in order to examine the implications
The Victorian Abortion Law Reform Act 2008 will
have on the practice of healthcare for
								conscience objectors.
The conference also considered the threat
that anti-conscience laws pose to the freedom of
thought, conscience and religion from a
								cultural, political and legal perspective.
In this video, Julian McGauran speaks on the
topic: The Coercion of Conscience: A Federal
								Political Response.
